How many calories does an hour of yoga actually burn?

I'm doing traditional yoga - Hatha yoga with a mix of Iyengar yoga

Thanks.

Do you feel the two entries in the database feel somewhat reasonable for you? There's no real way to measure it outside of a metabolic chamber.

Search the exercise database for "yoga".

Tracking your intake over a period of time is your best bet.

Get a heart rate monitor, measure your average HR over your exercise period, and use any of the online calculators to determine your calorie expenditure.

A HRM can be reasonably accurate with steady state cardio where your HR is elevated to the aerobic zone. It isn't going to be remotely accurate for something like yoga or any exercise that is not done in the aerobic zone as the algorithms used assume steady state, aerobic cardio.

Heartbeats don't equal calories and yoga would be a totally inappropriate use of a HRM for calorie estimates.
