Any ladies here loosing weight for IVF?

Hiya gals 🤗

Since the beginning of this year I’ve been on a mission to loose weight for my IVF journey (have my appointment end of this month).

Wondering if there are any ladies on here going through the same thing? Maybe we can support each other?

Any bit of advice/info is welcome!

    Starting journey today towards losing enough weight for IVF. Also looking for motivation and encouragement.

    Yay! The journey is so frickin hard isn’t it!?

    I’ve reach my goal of 40 bmi for ivf. Now I’m focusing on loosing another 5kg, as all the injections make you gain crazy water weight.

    I’ve got PCOS so what’s been helping is a low carb, no sugar, anti-inflammation diet. I do a lot swimming, cardio and circuit training.

    Hi, I have pcos and completed two full rounds of ivf. I was 258lbs when I completed the second round and got pregnant with my son who is four months old now!
