    Sitting in bed watching the hubby get ready for the day. I have limited mobility because of my surgery so I'm just lounging in my jammies

    Why are you not with him?

    He hasn’t seen his son in years, and I encouraged him to extend the olive branch so he can reconnect and bond with his child who is now a teenager.
    I’m in no way threatened by him having dinner with the mother of his child. I know what I bring to the table and I am not afraid to eat alone, literally or metaphorically.
    And I love hanging out with his daughters - he met us afterwards for dessert and I’m regretting eating 600 calories worth of cheesecake :/
