My name is Blaze and I just staring my plan to get in shape , unfortunately most of my life I didn’t care about my body and diet so now I’m complete newbie. Can I ask for advice for vegetarian diet please , I just don’t know what to cook , web is just full of good advices but I don’t know what to choose . Soon I will have instant pot , hopefully it will help .

I've been a vegetarian for over 30 years. The biggest problem for me is always too many carbs and not enough protein. Try new meat substitutes until you find ones you really like!0
