6 days a week. I lift Mon Weds and Fri. I do cardio Tues and Thurs. Sometimes I will do 12 mins of HIIT cardio after lifting. Usually I snowshoe, hike, kayak, bike ride or just walk on either Sat or Sun. The other weekend day is a full rest day; usually no exercise at all.0

Gym before work to lift and 30 min cardio. Usually that's 5 times a week. Haven't missed a work day since started that Aug 2017.
Barre class 3x week
Pilates class 1x week
Bootcamp 1x week
Yoga 2x week
12k steps a day minimum
I feel antsy on days I can't get my second workout in.0
