    What is your plan? Mine is to eat less than 1200cal/day. Drink no wine. Write down every bite I eat or drink. Exercise too. I just joined a gym. I plan to try a new exercise offering each week. I do walk 10,000 steps most days.

    I'm no fitness instructor but with 10,000 steps a day and adding exercise, I think eating less than 1200 calories could be dangerous and unhealthy.

    I don't want to crap on you, I just don't want to see you hurt yourself.

    Would love to get to 146 this month and get my 10 day average in the 140's. Have been in the low 150's for weeks now and can't seem to get out of them. Hopefully April is better than March! My weigh in days will be Wednesday.
