What is your plan? Mine is to eat less than 1200cal/day. Drink no wine. Write down every bite I eat or drink. Exercise too. I just joined a gym. I plan to try a new exercise offering each week. I do walk 10,000 steps most days.2 -

I'm no fitness instructor but with 10,000 steps a day and adding exercise, I think eating less than 1200 calories could be dangerous and unhealthy.
I don't want to crap on you, I just don't want to see you hurt yourself.3 -
