I saw my doctor last week for an overdue annual physical. At my last appointment with her, I weighed in at 167 lbs (Dec 2017). I am disgusted that I was that I let myself get that heavy, but I am also very proud to be 20 lbs lighter. She even commented on the weight loss and how amazing that is. I'm hoping to ride that positivity to the end of the month and beyond

Not a great week for me, as I'm sick and haven't been able to really track very well, and am fairly sedentary. I'm disappointed but will just try to move on. Also, I'm revising my goal to be more realistic. Keep up the good work everyone! You inspire me to not give up.
