    April 1: 141 after mother's day in England I'm not surprised 🤣

    ***On 4/2/19 while working out I managed to injure my neck which resulted in a herniated disc + pinched nerve. Will take a couple weeks off of working out while in physical therapy. Moved myself up to maintenance for the last few days- we will see what next week brings.***

    I hope you recover soon. And can be as comfortable as possible.

    Comments. I had pre period craving so I was up at 12st 3.5lbs mid week. Lucky I managed to stay more focus and lost a pound. Just waiting for aunt Flow to fill any show x

    Can I really lose this much this soon or is my scale drunk?

    You can lose that much in water weight sometimes around the first week. Also fasting. I remember losing about the same in my first week, but IDK how far in you are. What is your diet and exercise like?
