The way the numbers are moving, I am not sure that I will hit that 130, but I am certainly going to get as close as possible. I have only had one "off" day and other than that planned and tracked everything. Have consumed only 3 oz wine in the 10 days to date and today I will be going to a 4th interval training class (they are killing me). I am only set for losing "half lb a week", but for the most part I am not eating the calories from the IT classes.
Anyhow, proud of my vacation efforts and will continue them.9 -

Ahhhhh! I know some was just water weight catching up from a bad weekend from the 8th, but I'm so close to the 120's that I am extra pumped! Feeling good and not feeling deprived with food or tired of working out at all! Moderation is helping so much.
