Women 200lb+, Let's Show April Who's Boss!!!

Hello, ladies. A new month is upon us! We did great in March with our weekly check-ins, so let's continue that in April.
I've dropped a bathing suit bottom size! I've had to get rid of the old ones because they kept slipping down in the pool and I didn't want to moon anyone unnecessarily.
My goals for this month are similar to last month. But instead of doing strength training on my own, I've now got a personal trainer to show me what's up.
April Goals:
1. Log meals every day
2. Swim 3 times a week
3. Strength train 2 times a week
4. Don't go too crazy for Easter lunch/dinner

Hey I'm excited to be here for April!
OSW: 230.1
SW: 209.6 <--small sodium jump from yesterday
CW: 209.6
GW #1: 180
So April is going to bring a lot of changes for me and I'll have vision of what life looks like tomorrow but until then...
1. My big goal is to be able to jog for 10 minutes at a time. As of Friday's workout, I can do 5 minutes but I'd like to get it to 10 by the end of the month
2. Keep Sunday-Thursday as alcohol free as possible
3. Get under 200lbs
4. Only drink my monster energy drinks Monday, Wednesday, Friday and that's ONLY if I go to work that day.4 -
Hey ladies. I barely worked towards my goals for March. However, I did lose 4 lbs in 14 days just by cutting out junk food, fast food and soda. Here are my goals for the month of April:
SW: 226.8 lbs
CW: 222.8 lbs
GW for the month of April: 210 lbs.
Ultimate GW: 150 lbs (may change, depending on bmi)
I plan to achieve these goals by:
1. Continuing to reduce my intake of junk food, fast food and soda.
2. Walking at least 30 mins every day, even if it's only on my treadmill.
3. As a bonus, I want to throw in a little strength training using hand weights.
Good luck on your goals, ladies. You got this!

April goals - Don’t fall off the wagon!! So hard to stay away from the Easter candy!! I have worked so hard. I enjoy the gym, but I want the weather to get better so I can walk outside. We have a beautiful park on the river with wonderful paths.

OK April here we go.... I have quite a few goals here.
Highest Recorded ever with clothes 242 June 2018
SW on MFP 236, Nov 2019
CW 204.7
Phase 1 GW 190
By April 30 - weigh in wonderland 199.7
Goals - focus on reducing stress. [finance, family, work] April is not a good month. I'm having an OBGYN related surgery on Friday, so I suspect there will be up to a week that I cannot work out. I will have to be very strict on my calories during this week. Taxes are killing me, and it's IRS time. Lots of extra bills in April. I have a personal life stressor that is also a big downer, so I'm trying to work that out too.
Allow myself one big bag of salt-n-vinegar or dill potato chips and dip as a treat - either week of surgery or at months end - honestly I'm thinking post surgery, but I will see.
Try not to eat late at night 5 of 7 days a week.
Continue to log everyday, focus on hitting calorie goals constantly
Swim 3-5 times a week
Low impact aerobics (15 minutes) at home 2-3 times a week.

Can you aim to eliminate ALL cal sugar soda, that should help a lot. Sub with diet or sparkling water?0 -

Hi! Joining you all for April.
SW: 274
CW: 264 (small gain this week from starting to eat solid food again.)
GW: 255
April goals
1) Log food daily
2) Workout 2x a week at OrangeTheory
3) Yoga 2x a week at home.
I'm heading to Hawaii in May so I'd love to loose at least a little before we go. Ideally, I wanted to be under 250 but the gain I'm starting with this week makes that seem just too much to shoot for. I'm still feeling off from the flu even though it's been a week since I started feeling better now. I can still work out, but it takes a lot out of me.2 -

Here are my last week stats:
Meals logged 7/7

Unfortunately, I got an ear infection so swimming has been a no-go. But I did get some extra cardio on the elliptical and I'll continue that this week.

Lisa OH - glad to see you in this group too!!
I didn't post on my weigh in day because I was too busy having fun with my daughter. I'm down another 2 pounds!! Weighing in again on Thursday. Meeting with the trainer last week was very successful. I was expecting a critical, mean PE teacher, but this guy was wonderful and patient to show me the correct form so I don't hurt myself.
