Hello!
The challenge is simple lose 10lbs by June. That’s 1lb per week.
To keep me on track I’ll be checking in daily.
I’ll be consuming 1700 calories per day with a 40/40/20 split.
I’ve already lost 10lbs since January 1st pics below.

I’ll join. This is what I’m working towards already and I try to be on here daily. I have an ankle surgery coming up on April 30th so a lot of my work towards this weight loss is calorie counting and holding myself accountable. I can’t wait to be active again though!0
