What should pushing a stroller w/ 4 kids be categorized as?

Just putting down walking or carrying a child while walking doesn't seem accurate enough. I pushed 123 pounds worth of kids (4 yr old, 3yr old, 2 yr old, 7 mo old) in a triple stroller and it was not easy. Even tiny hills were pretty hard to go up. How would you categorize this for exercise?

    there is an exercise in cardio called walking while pushing/pulling a stroller.

    pushing a stroller doesn't come close- it assumes you're just meandering down the road slowly with a single stroller with 1 child. I haven't found anything that's even close for my double stroller so until I got my HRM I just inputted a little less than double the time (so if we walked for an hour I'd put an 80 minutes)

    Oh, I usually do make the 3 oldest walk, but we were running late for swimming lessons so I piled them all in so I could walk fast.

    I suppose you could say Irish twin. We are adopting our 3 year old and she is only four months older than my 2 year old.
