    19 lbs. I feel fantastic about that. I'm so happy that I got under the 340 mark. Thanks March, see you next year. Setting the goal for April to lose 20 lbs, just to remind myself to push hard and do better every month.

    Don't know why there was no loss this week but hey how, didn't gain too much, and not being too hard on myself as I've had a sick and non sleeping baby to take care of. On to April!

    March 15: fell off wagon, scale avoided

    I'm in. I had an inflated water weight gain last month of 4.8 pounds. So my goal for March is to get rid of the 5 pounds I gained plus get to 145! I need to get well established in the 140's this month without fail! Weigh in days will be Wednesday.

    2/28 - 153.3
    3/1 - 154.9 TOM is killing me. Will be done by Sunday and should be going strong by next weigh in
    3/6 - 153.0 so I am slowly getting rid of the water weight. Hopefully next week I will be way lower
    3/13 - 152.7 down a little but not enough. Waiting for a good whoosh!
    3/20 - 151.8 don't think I am going to make my goal, but I am going down and that's all I can hope for. However slow that may be!
    3/27 - 151.1 and down we go. Don't think I am going to see the 140's this month, but getting super close!
    3/29 - 150.1 ending March today because it is Friday and I know will go up on Saturday and Sunday! So close, I know I will get there in April!

    Goal to lose 8.3 pounds by 3/31!
    Lost so far : 3.2 pounds only 5.1 to go!

    March 22: 153 Whaaa? I expect it's a fluke but I'm going to try to make sure I stay on track and not do any celebratory overeating so I can still be 154 at the end of March.
    March 29: 154! So, it was a fluke but I still came out at the right number.

    I am checking in four days late because I was on vacation! Soo...I assumed that I would gain some weight.

    I was doing well. But I'll take it. Here's for a new month of hard work and dedication! :wink:
