Hi,

My name is Cathy and I am new here.
Looking for support friends.
I have a big long term goal to lose 155 lbs.
My first step is to lose 10 lbs by end of Sept.

    Without trying to sound like a preacher... Set your goals realistically. Go for 10 lbs a month from here to eternity.... until you have reached your ultimate goal. That is where I started and over 5 months I have been able to beat the 10 lbs easily. Setting yourself up for success makes it easier to succeed.
  • Thank you for your encouragment, i realize i need to set short goal. when i look at the 155 target it is a little discouraging. Thank you for the info.
