Hey just started this app and hopefully it helps, This may sound like a stupid question so please be kind but
I was just wondering will I lose a cup size by losing weight?

    Also I am on Orlistat can I take protein shakes on this?

    possibly, depends how much fat you hold in your breasts and how much is breast tissue

    Maybe. How everyone loses fat is different. Mine went proportionally down so I went down a band size, but not a cup size. Some people go down in both. Genetics are what determine where you lose fat.

    My size went up with my pregnancies and never went back down, even with weight loss. I think it’s different for everyone.
