    Do you mean muscle weight or just bodyweight in general?

    What do you like to eat? Use higher fat cuts of meat and fish instead of lean, use cream sauces, add oil, avocado, coconut milk, cheese, lots of rice, pasta and noodles

    Actually calorie partitioning isn't quite that simple. It depends on a host of factors such as genetics (hormone levels, being male or female), starting leanness, protein availability, amount of surplus, training stimulus, among other things.
