Hi. I would appreciate any numbers that you would care to share. I am a 61 y/o female.
5'8" 195 lbs
BMR- 1541
TDEE/MAINT- 1803
Daily calories to lose 1lb week-1300
Goal-170 or more.

I read and learn so much here but I'm always amazed at the calories that so many can eat. I am set at sedentary and use a Fitbit daily. It averages out at 1880.
Thank you for any input!

Maintaining at about 1600 net (MFP gave me 1400, but that was too low)
Actual is over 2200 most days because I walk 2-3 miles a day and run 25-35 mpw

    Age 63
    5'5", 135 pounds (lost from 183 in 2015)
BMR - calculators estimate around 1250, don't know actual
Based on almost 4 years of logging:
NEAT at sedentary: 2000-2100 or so, depending on season
    TDEE: 2300-2400ish, usually
Garmin usually claims TDEE is 1500-1800 or so. (It's mistaken)

I'm maintaining, healthy & happy where I am, but working to slowly lose back to 120-125, which is better for me (narrow build).

Normally, I row (on water when possible, machine when I must) and spin, shooting for 6 days most weeks. Have been mostly on exercise hiatus for over a month due to knee flare-up (caused by neither of those!), though (body weight's doing fine).

Be less sedentary and you will get more calories ;)

My 81 yo mother struggles to stay above Underweight because she is so active. She walks, gardens, does yard work, practices yoga, swims when the water is warm enough, works with a trainer at the gym once or twice a week, and maintains a 200 plus year old house (with help from my brother and her handyman.)
