Down 19.4 since Jan 8, and at last below 160(159.6)!!
My next goal is to get to a healthy BMI(152), and continue downward.
Should I recalculate my calories?
I am at 1200 - some days I go over.
Some under. I keep at 1200 as a guide-
I do 50 minutes of strength training/cardio 3 times a week.
Walk briskly 40-45 minutes most days.
I consider myself slightly active.
63, 5 ft 5.5. Female.
Thanks

Don't reduce your calories any lower, your loss may slow down but you will be healthier. Congratulations on your progress so far.

You have averaged 1.5 pounds per week since January 8. You need to only be losing 1 pound a week. Are you eating back any exercise calories?

    Some days I do.
    Others I don’t.

You need an average of 250 calories more per day to drop your rate of loss to 1 pound per week. You need to either eat back more exercise calories or keep doing what you are doing and make your base rate 1450. It is important you lose weight at a healthy pace.
