I have an open food diary...would anyone with some nutritional knowledge look at my food and exercise dairy and give me some tips? I’m looking to lose about 15 lbs and build some muscle along the way😁 . Also, looking to make friends with open diaries to get ideas for healthy eating.💪 Add me! Thanks in advance!

    Are you seeing the results you'd like to see right now? It looks like you're eating a pretty good variety of food. I notice that you are using weights for some things and measuring cups or estimates like 1.25 piece for other things. If you find you aren't seeing the results you want, you might want to consider weighing everything. It can really make a difference, especially for calorie dense foods like walnuts, avocados, and sweet potatoes.
