New to MFP, saying Hi!

I just found this website and decided it might be a good idea to join. I joined a gym a month ago and started doing cardio 4 days/week. I haven't noticed any weight loss at all, so now it's time for me to adjust my diet. I'm hoping this website will help me stay on track and stay motivated.
