I'm taking a diet break, perhaps a permanent one? I felt like if lost a good amount. I've been on maintenance a week or so and I've been keeping in the numbers but I just feel so chubby all of a sudden. It's too soon to trust the scales which show an extra half kilo.
I've just become obsessed with the idea of getting abs and stuff and it just feels so far away. I feel like I'm never going to be happy!
