So i am starting again for the millionth time. Don't like being as heavy as i am. Time to get back on track. I work fulltime and don't sit a whole lot. Needing an accountability partner and friends. I am walking, dancing and doing strength training.

    In your post you only mention your activity which is great for health and fitness but will have only a minimal impact on weight loss.

    Make sure you focus on what matters and for weight management it's all about controlling your calorie intake.
