Hi,
I am trying to lose 2lbs per week and it set me at 1460 per day. And my BMR is 1450. I workout 5 days a week. When I add my exercise it adds calories. Is the 1460 already my deficit? Should I be eating more than that if i exercise?
I dont want to eat back everything I just burned!

Your deficit is already built into your MFP goal, and MFP intends you to eat back all exercise calories assuming they are calculated correctly. Many people start by eating half their exercise calories to compensate for potential inaccuracy in their exercise calorie burn estimates, and the adjust after several weeks depending on whether their weight is behaving as expected.
Additionally, if MFP has you eating at your BMR, then you may have selected a rate of loss that’s too aggressive for your stats. What are your current and goal weights?0 -

I weigh 173 and my goal is 150.0 -
I dont want to be eating too less. Sometimes, after exercising, but before dinner, I get kind of dizzy when i stand up. I dont know if I'm just not eating at the right times, or just not eating enough. But I feel better after I eat. I dont want to waste my time exercising by eating too much.0

With 23lbs to lose, 1lb per week is the max you should go. I'm not sure why exercising would be a waste of time?
Meal timing has nothing to do with weight loss.1 -

The dizziness is likely due to not eating enough.
Do change your weekly weight loss goal to no more than a pound a week and eat back at least 50% of your exercise calories. I expect the dizziness to then go away, but if it doesn't, see your doctor.
Since exercise has many benefits, it is never a waste of time.0
