In need of motivation

I am stuck in this cycle of not eating enough, even though I feel I am eating more than I should. If anyone wants to share there food tips, recipes, anything, I would really appreciate it. At this point just knowing that I am the only one would make me feel better.

    Thank you! I try to eat plant based but it never seems to stick.
    how are you able to stay full all day, and not over do it?

    Some days I'm an over eater some days I'm under!! Meal planning helps. Set a timer and reminders to eat!! Keep healthy snacks visible!! Look up new and exciting dishes to cook!! Add me I'm happy to help!!

    Could you log the night before and have a list of things ready for the following day that you really need to eat to meet your goal? It will already be in MFP, weighed, etc
