I just started today. Need to loose 30kgs to be healthy. Hoping someone can help share diet plan

    Most keto'ers keep carbs below 20-50g, often 5-10%. Protein is usually kept moderate at 20-30%, often 0.8 to 1g per pound lean body weight; near 100g is not unusual.

    A keto diet often looks pretty simple.

    Breakfast may be bacon and eggs, just coffee with cream, or left overs.

    Lunch may be a salad with chicken or beef, can of tuna with mayo and celery, veggies and dip, cheese and pepperoni, trail mix.

    Dinner is typically a meat with a side dish of vegetable.
