My son & I made the carrot salad with lime ginger peanut sauce that I found on the MyFitness app,
with some Chipotle-marinated grilled chicken & roasted potatoes. Other than having to grill in a cold rainstorm...it turned out great!1 -

Overnight oats.
1 cup 2% milk.
1 cup rolled oats
1 oz agave syrup
1 oz sunflower seeds
1 banana...

Grilled Crab mayonnaise on toast made with low fat mayo & low fat cheese topping2

The chicken shack across the street. I had korean wings, the hubby a grilled chicken burger, we shared a ceasar and fries.

Vietnamese out with friends. Banh Cuon, Bahn Xeo, Green Papaya Salad for starters. Mains of Spicy Stir Fried Goat, Aubergine with Garlic, Whole Deep Fried Sea Bream with Ginger. I should have photographed the last before my efforts at filletting the whole fish.

Leftover management. A puttanesca inspired sauce made with leftover bagna cauda. Some courgettes that were languishing in the vegetable drawer got the griddle pan treatment. A bunch of languishing bell peppers were blackened and peeled.

The local Chinese. Prawn chow mein and a shared serving of gong bao chicken.
