Twisted my knee about two weeks ago. It’s one I had ACL reconstruction on a few years ago. Only able to do light exercises right now. So frustrating. The struggle is real. Still getting it done though. Only 13.4 lbs from 300 and I feel certain I can do this!0 -
We can do this! I just finished a 20 minute walk with my dog, Roxie, and we finished with a beautiful sunrise! Carpe Diem friends!
