    22/29th - will miss as had abdo surgery, very bloated and carrying 8lbs of water weight still at 3 days post op. Not eaten really for 4 days so can’t be fat. Next weigh in.......

    Count me in! My son is graduating from high school is June, and I’ve got a graduation party to plan....time to stress walk instead of stress eat! I’d love to break 220!

    Twisted my knee about two weeks ago. It’s one I had ACL reconstruction on a few years ago. Only able to do light exercises right now. So frustrating. The struggle is real. Still getting it done though. Only 13.4 lbs from 300 and I feel certain I can do this!

    We can do this! I just finished a 20 minute walk with my dog, Roxie, and we finished with a beautiful sunrise! Carpe Diem friends!
