wore my shorts to gym the first time this year and they were so loose! feels great. Stopped by Mcdonalds and hubby was there and I ordered a gravy and biscuit splitting the biscuit with him. Come to find out he had already got a buy one get one mcmuffin. Oh my! I realized I use to eat like that, large quantities of food, NO MORE!9

Yesterday I mowed the lawn with a push mower (self propelled though). Took me a good 12000 steps. Havent done that in years since we got the riding mower. Whoo! Still early to cut grass here, just used it to pick up the leaves. Might become a common thing. See if time allows it.
Oh and got myself a GF for the first time in a looong time. Score!27 -
Another Bra Story: this morning when I put my bra on, I noticed it seemed a bit baggy in the cups. Then I sat down to drink my coffee and noticed that the wrinkles in the loose bra cups were visible through my shirt, prompting me to go searching through my drawers for a smaller bra. I am very busty and I'm pretty sure I've gone down at least two to three cup sizes. Feels pretty darn satisfying!21

Such a good feeling isn't it. I am well endowed too and it was so exciting when finally the weight started to come off the girls. The joy at being able to buy a dress for the first time in years - usually bought separates with the top and the bottom being at least 2 sizes apart!7 -
I’m holding onto some menstrual water weight this week so I can’t trust my scale, but I’m down 2 inches, which made me super ecstatic!17

My balance and flexibility weren't that great a couple of years ago, but I started doing yoga when I started taking my health/weight-loss more seriously. I was able to execute a couple of movements today that normally make me fall over and that I didn't previously have the flexibility to achieve.27

The stair climber feels so much easier!16

I was able to fit into size 34 jeans for the first time in who knows how long... college maybe...high school?23

Went to a church potluck went through the line once making good choices and then a very small dessert and then threw the plate away and didn't return for more. Small progress after a week of making not so great choices.
Also out on the bike two days in a row. Wind was a bit of a challenge and was out of breathe most of yesterdays ride but I finished 8 miles.29 -
I had 210lbs to lose to the goal I set. I’ve lost more than half of that weight. Being over 50% done is my NSV today. Not bad for starting last July. I did 10 miles and 100 squats for my workout today, along with my normal stretches. Today is NSV for me all around. I’d have been passed out if I tired all this a year ago. Heck of a journey.34

I ran two miles without stopping! This was a huge accomplishment because this time last year I couldn't even run 3 minutes without having to stop for a break.28

Went to the mall to buy new pants because my old ones are too big. (Yay!) I discovered I'd dropped two sizes because I couldn't resist trying on cords I thought would be too small, but were marked down to under $5 at Ann Taylor. And then because sale items were an additional 40 percent off, I got them for less than $3!! The clerk said that was less than the fabric would cost. A wallet victory!!26

Saturday at 204 pounds I bench pressed 210 pounds, up five pounds in 2 weeks. I'm really proud of my progress. I never thought I would be able to lift this much.25
