Is rebounding in there? I've heard it referred to as such.

i looked online last time i went to the trampoline park with my niece and nephew and unless you're doing back flips and stuff, just normal bouncing (and chasing small children) doesn't burn as much as you'd think. the trampoline is doing a lot of the work.
