Hi All -

I started on myfitnesspal a few weeks back to keep track of my progress. I gained weight and was unable to exercise after an accident and at this point I am trying to get back to being a healthier me.
Just wanted to introduce myself and if anyone has great ideas please feel free to share them with me!

    Great, keep going. do cardio and eat clean

    I have actually worked up to 3 to 5 miles on the elliptical (depending on how I feel that day) and also 3 miles on the bike.

    I am also eating clean - chicken, fresh fruit and veggies!
