    eat more satiating foods. Protein for me keeps me full. My trainer drinks shots of apple cider vinegar twice a day, but i'm not a fan.

    For me, working out works. Swimming doesn't unless I do breaststroke as fast as I can for as long as I can. Bodyweight exercises work, or running do as well. Basically everything that drains within a reasonably short amount of time. Hiking all day or cycling? Then I have to eat a lot to keep it up, but everything within about an hour is a fantastic appetite suppressant.

    Coffee helps me some and also I like to suck on a sugar-free hard candy sometimes.

    coffee works for me... I'm not sure if it's actually suppressing my appetite or just kind of filling my stomach a little bit and distracting me, but whatever works.

    Food. Which foods lead to the longer-lasting sense of satiety are highly individual. For many, proteins and fats are most effective, which is one reason why low-carb diets seem to work well -- people actually eat less because with that mix of macros they feel fuller for longer with fewer calories. But for you personally it may take some experimentation.
