today is my first day.I have been pretty fit all my life, but now that my kids have left home and I will be 55 this year.I can't seem to get rid of that annoying 15 pounds.I work full time and am on my feet all day with a bad knee and I don't really exercise except for walking at work.I can't seem to kick the Coca cola habit.I weight about 145 at 5ft 5.5.I would like to be 130.0
