First ran in the year not bad at all 10 k at 50 yrs old and 1 yr post MCL tear. ππ»ββοΈπ¨π¦

You ran 10k for your first run in over a year???
Good luck. I sincerely hope you don't injure yourself and lose another year.2 -
Thank you for your concern. I do run either on a treadmill or run in place. Itβs hard to run outside here in Canada due to the unpredictable weather so I always exercise daily to keep my stamina and endurance in my long distance run. My MCL injury was not from running I had an accident. I am always very careful doing distance running. βΊοΈ1
