I Quit Weight Watchers!

I had good progress with weight watchers, and that's probably the only program that's ever really stuck with me. They had a promo that when you sign up it's like $90 for 3 months. I overall lost almost 20 pounds, I started WW on 1/27/2019.

I don't always track and there were a couple of glitches that I did not like with the App and I didn't really like attending the meetings. However, I know this program did work for me, but I can't justify paying $50 a month for an App and some meetings and it was annoying having to enter my login credentials constantly.

That's when I turned to MFP, but I realize that WW is basically counting macros made easy. I'm new to the whole macros thing, but I'm just going to track everything and see how it goes. So far so good though!

It currently has me on 1200kcal, 150g carbs, 40g fat, 60g protein.

What is your experience with counting macros with MFP?
