20 cal sweet tooth recipe!! (protein packed, too!)

need something a healthy sweet treat? i made these the other day and sliced them into little rectangle bars the size of half my palm...SOOO GOOOD TOO!
Mix 5 egg whites (add in one yolk), 1 heaped tablespoon of oat meal, along with 1-2 heaped teaspoon of 100% cocoa powder (or chocolate protein powder mix) and sweetener to taste. MIX IT WELL, BURN SOME CALS WHILE MIXING Lay out on a non-stick baking tray to form a thick rectangular shape and bake for about 20 minutes.
these are like chewy, chocolate-y granola bars...without the guilt. packed with protein, it could be an after-workout treat!

Ok, this sounds awesome. But...I'm not that good of a "throw it together and it comes out edible" cook so can you give more specifics please? What kind of oatmeal? (the long cook kind or minute oats or??) and about how much sweetner would it take? What temp for the oven? I can follow a recipe but this could go so wrong in so many ways in my hands without more specifics!!!
