If you're looking for ice cream consistency, it's best to go with another brand. It's a bit unique - it needs to thaw a little bit but it's sort of like something between frozen ice and soft serve. I thought it was pretty good with a little chocolate sauce or syrup, but I wouldn't consider it a direct replacement for ice cream.1
