    Hello Everyone, I'm Tammy and I'm in Maryland,
    I'm not new to MFP but it's been a long while since I've done this. Today I find myself feeling so disgusted with myself. I've gained back the 50 pounds I lost and then some. I look at myself in the mirror and I don't like what I see at all. I've sat here crying about it. I grew up in a family that has all of these bad habits and it's so hard to break these habits and get support. I am an emotional eater, its what I do when I'm upset or sad or angry. I lost my only brother just a year ago due to poorly managed diabetes at the young age of 49. I'm looking for some folks to help me to get motivated and stay motivated without judging me. I did journal my food today and yesterday. It is so depressing to get to this point and most people just don't understand what its like to struggle with your weight.

    Hi my name is Ken- I started losing weight about two weeks ago. The first week I started Keto cutting out virtually all sugar and carbohydrates. With a pretty solid routine down, I then began to exercise more. I take a 4 mile walk every morning now before work. When I started two weeks ago, I weighed 400lbs. Today I weight 385.2 with the long-term goal of getting down to 275lbs. I'm looking for support on myfitnesspal but I'm also looking to encourage others as well.     England Manchester here... Sticking to around 1100 kcal a day. lost 6.5lbs in 1 week this week.
    Very motivated and need a total of 3 stone off :-)
