Hey guys,
I'm newer to this. Have dabbled before, but never posted. Recently diagnosed with PCOS, have congenital hypothyroidism. Doing a mostly-low-carb diet with moderate workout. Located in Chicago.

Bettering my health is keeping me motivated. Improving my blood results and no longer being prediabetic. First time with some decent goals that doesn’t have to do with looking good. I’m sure that will come about1

Hello! I would love to add you. I have Hashimoto's, PCOS and endometriosis. I'm here hoping to find some people who have similar experiences and stay motivated to exercise daily. We can do this!0 -
If you're going low carb for PCOS, I highly recommend the groups on MFP, The Keto group and The Low Carber Daily Forum group.
Lots of active discussions, tips and foods. PCOS comes up fairly often in the group threads.
Not everyone in the Keto group is "keto" low carb levels.
Both groups are very supportive.0
