Need Motivation

Today I really don't feel like doing any long workouts, and I don't know why. Like, I'm not sore or anything, I'm just really tired for some reason. Im currently doing omad (one meal a day) and I did do a few jumping jacks and crunches but that's pretty much it. Like I literally feel like passing out

It won't kill you to take it easy for today. Try get some extra sleep tonight.0 -
low energy... from not eating regularly during the day. when I don't have good nutrition and my body isn't fueled I just feel tired.0
