By noon I’ve eaten my ALL the goal kilojoules I had just with
Hommus and crackers (1/2 packet)
I small slice of pizza
2 coffees
1 green apple
If that’s all I’m supposed to eat in a day no wonder I haven’t lost weight.
I want to lose 5 kilos in 3 months
This is my first ever post on this forum I would be grateful for any help in the right direction
P.S I can’t exercise for physical reasons

Yes, lbs is pounds.
There are 2.2 lbs to 1 kilo.
Your 5 kilo loss target is equal to 11 lbs.
What are your stats - gender, age, height, weight etc.?
What calorie allowance has MFP given you?0 -

What is your current height and weight?
What is your calorie goal?
Are you checking that the entries you are using in the database are correct? Most are user entered and they can be wrong. Did you find the correct brand of hummus in the database and check the calories listed to the package? Same with the crackers? What did you put in your coffee and how much?
Accurate logging is a skill that requires some practice. Unless you ate a ton of hummus and your coffees were mostly sugar and heavy cream, what you listed doesn't add up to close to even the minimum calorie goal, so the issue is probably your logging, not that you have to eat so little.1 -
does that even come out to 1000 calories total daily? minimum is at least 1200.
you'd be losing weight rapidly if on either.

I am 163cm 38 years want to weigh 53 kilos but weigh 57 I have put on 5 kilos in 5 months because I gave up alcohol and replaced the cravings with food
Thanks for all of your helpful replies I will try to make sure I enter the right values I have a recommendation from the app to eat 5,500 kilojoules a day sorry I don’t know calories0 -
I’m not too overweight but it’s not just that I’ve gone up a dress size I also want my food intake to be healthier health reasons1

So that's 1314 calories per day (easier for me to understand 😊)
Either they were huge portions of houmous and pizza or your logging is really out!
I'm on 1200 calories (5020 kilojoule) per day and struggle to eat them. And I have a beer every day 🍻
Do you use a food scale? Do you weigh absolutely everything that goes into your mouth? That's the key, plus using correct caloric entries. If in doubt about entries on the database I use the USDA values. Here's the link.....

By the way, well done on cutting out alcohol 👍 That's on my to-do list 😁1
