Well Ladies, I think a lot of us are losing motivation (including myself) We seemed to have gone down to 3!

losinmama - A whopping 64 points becuase you log in everday and work out like a feind!!!
I've lost a bit of weight although I;m doing something right cause I'm losing inches. Which I know is better than weight but the scale has such a pschological effect.
We're almost done ladies!!! STRONG and BEAUTIFUL

Well, I am back from vacation and ready to get back on track!! Even though it was hard for me to log my calories and exercise on my trip, I weighed myself for the first time this morning and I have lost 2 pounds!!! I am so shocked! So I am once again motivated to get back on track. I have a new heart rate monitor so tonight I will be able to acurately tell how many calories I burn during my class. I am hoping to go every night this week to get back into a routine. I have not measured myself yet but I will try to do that tonight.
So it is good to be back in MFP-land...Let's keep it up girls!!! :happy:0 -

Keep up the awesome work...and stay focused. We can do this!! Tracking EVERYTHING is what has made this process easier for me. That and this group have seriously motivated me. I love seeing my number of points go up.

Wow, great job with the weigh-in today girls!!!!! I am sad to report that I gained .6 lbs since last week. This is getting really tough for me, because my body is at a weight that's comfortable (my "happy" weight). I wanted to push myself down to 125, but I know that will be practically impossible to maintain for my body type. BUT, I'm not giving up trying to get there. I haven't made time for exercise and I won't bother to make any excuses for that!!! You guys are giving me fresh motivation!!!0

Livengood - I just looked on your profile that you have a 5k in August? DId you do it...are you going to do it? Just curious because my first 5k race is in September and I'm so excited and freaking proud of myself. C25k is a Godsend, seriously - I never would have dreamed even in my wildest imaginings that I would be running a 5k, and now I do it 3 times a week!

Losin Mama- I did not end up doing that race...my husband ( and running partner) hurt his knee so running has been put on the backburner for us for a little while. I did work myself up to 3 miles, so if I don't do 5k soon, I will be very mad at myself in the long run!!! I'm with you- I NEVER thought I'd be able to do something like that. Before a few months ago, I thought it'd be impossible for me to run a mile! Congrats. It feels great, huh?

It really is an amazing feeling to be able to conquer something like running. I actually really like it and it makes me so happy when I shave some time off the run. Its ridiculously rewarding!

So I've been going to a nutritionist and seriously - this lady rocks and I'm super excited with my progress. I've been eating handmade meals every day (I actually cook a lot when I have time and then take leftovers with me to work...its strangely easy which is suprising to me). My weight loss is amazing too...I mean take right now. I just started my womanly time and usually I gain between 1-5lbs of bloat...no bloat for me! This morning I was down to 181.8...I mean we'll have to see what my real weigh in is on Monday...but WOW! Eating clean really does make a difference...like HUGE difference. Crazy.0 -

Well my weigh in today is official - 181lbs. I'm very excited and encouraged by my new losses and I'm hoping it continues at this rate with the help of my awesome nutritionist. We'll see! I really can't wait to break into the 170s...my wedding day weight was 175 so getting back to that would mean that I've finally lost my honeymoon/winter holiday weight (only took a freaking year). Although I think my inches are totally different (I think I'm a smaller size now then I was then though I can't really be sure unless I put my dress on again) Here's to another great week ladies!0

I miss everyone....hello? anyone? Beuller? Beuller?
I was very proud of my run yesterday! It was week 8 day 1 of the C25k program (so only 5 more days left before I "graduate") and I totally rocked it! As far as I'm concerned I'm totally ready for my 5k on September 10th! I did the 5 minute warm up walk and then ran. That's it. I mean I literally ran the ENTIRE 3.2 mile loop around my house. No stopping - even up hills! So I literally ran for 47 minutes straight!! Yes I'm super slow...but still! So awesome!!!!0 -
Well even if I'm in this group by myself I'll keep posting. I hope everyone comes back...we've got 3 more days of week 5 and then we're on to the last week of the challenge! Maybe its time to save the best for last and make one final push for sensational changes!

I went to my nutritionist this morning and she weighs me every time I go in so I thought I'd post the changes this morning since they're official and from a Dr's office. I weighed in at 178 which is pretty awesome. So a 14lb loss total since I started going to the nutritionist - so that's only 3 weeks!! Pretty awesome if you ask me. I'm excited to see what happens over the weekend since I've got a nice and unstressfull weekend planned. No special events or anything so I feel like I will do really well and Monday's weigh in on here will be even better! So here's to an awesome weekend (hurricane or no hurricane)!!0 -
