A question for meal preppers.
Will these foods keep for 3 days in the fridge:
Cooked chicken
Cooked pork
Cooked hamburger
Cooked steak
Cooked ground turkey
Brown rice
Potatoes
All cooked:
Brocolli
Carrots
Cauliflower
Peppers
Onions
Mushrooms
Garlic
I would like to meal prep for 3 days at a time.

Great plan. Get yourself a meat thermometer and achieve minimum temps for your cooked meat.

How about cook the meat of your choice for six days and freeze half your meals? In five weeks you will have a full variety in your freezer.6

Yes, those will all keep for a few days. I do what was mentioned above - I usually double or triple my favorite recipes, cook up a storm one day a week, and freeze portions for my lunches. I also prep my breakfasts and snacks for Mon-Fri. It makes the weekdays so much easier, and I don't cheat because I have everything ready.1

Yes, you can make all five days and freeze half of it if it freezes well, if not cook 3, and then cook again on like wednesday night or something.0
