pool exercises

Due to back problems I am not able to walk very far and my physio therapist said I should do pool exercises. When I go into exercise and enter pool exercises it does not show any calorie amount burned. How do I figure out how many calories I burn in one hour?

Best thing to do is buy a fitness tracker from Fitbit or Polar (as they are supported) and then track the calorie burn this way. My Polar watch does swimming and will record the calorie burn when I swim0

There is an entry for water aerobics, but that's assuming that you're doing sustained cardio. If it's more therapeutic, I don't know how you'd log it.1

I'm thinking this could be addressed using one of the calesthenics entries, probably light effort.
Anyway, the bottom line is to keep at it, watch your weight over a week or so, and adjust accordingly.0 -
Most of pool therapy I've done I would just record as walking.0
