I’m 23 years old and have been struggling with my weight bastically since I was a child. I need to lose 90lbs to be at my goal weight of 135lbs.
I’m using the Slimfast diet plan so we’ll see how that goes! If you have any tips for a newbie please feel free to share!!

The best tip is, dont give up. If you have a bad day, dont let it become a bad week. If you have ti start over, dont call it starting over. It's much easier to give up something you've only been doing a short time versus something you've been doing a long time.
Setbacks are common. They don't make you a failure. They make you normal. They don't define your journey.2 -

Hi and like said above don’t give up, keep moving forward even if you have a bad day. Also find place with a body composition machine best way to track your goals. You want to make sure your losing fat and not muscle when reaching your goal
