    I’m keeping a 5lb goal because I’m really pushing for a new decade but I also took my measurements this morning so I have another way to monitor my progress.
    I’m staying focused on being consistent in my calories and my workouts.
    I’m ready to crush it in May! We got this!

    Inexplicably up from end of April. Monitoring Calories In/Out and Deficit. I'm on track, so trust the scale to catch up. It bumped the trend weight a bit, but it should trend back down

    May Game Plan:
    • Continue weekly meal planning
    • Log daily in MFP - focus on daily calorie deficit goal of 500
    • Hit Fitbit step goal of 5000, then increase to 6000
    • Hit active minutes goal of 25 minutes daily, then increase to 30
    • Increase strength building exercise from 6 days to 7
