    To lose 200 pounds. Im currently 380.8 pounds. Not to gain muscle just get the weight off.

    i think they look good - i would stick to them for a month and then readjust fire

    For weight loss you need to be at the correct calorie deficit for your weight loss goals. Macros come into play because different ratios affect satiety levels, which make it easier/harder to hit that needed calorie deficit.

    What you're looking at sounds like a good place to start at, try it for a few weeks and then adjust as needed :)
