I've lost and got close to goal three different times in my life. The last time was in 2017,
but in fall 2018; I started to gain because I stopped logging food into MFP. I've learned, that I DO need MFP and the friends to stay accountable. I need this challenge!! I need to get my mind wrapped back around this being a lifestyle. My weigh-in day is Sunday.

Checking in. I cheated a ton over the weekend, but I lost my 1 pound. Anyone else really struggle with weekends?
Absolutely!! Weekend and night binges are my struggles. Here's my plan. In being realistic that I WILL have moments of wanting a little more food I need to figure out how. So this week, I’m going to track everything!! My maximum allotment of calories is 1600 calories. My goal is to eat the total allotment only 2 (or 3) days/week. Reserving those high calories for when I’m feeling really hungry, have an event, or for the weekend. I should be able to stick to 1200-1300 calories on the days that I am mentally strong and can make good, healthy choices. I’m really going to give this a full effort for the month of May, in hopes that this is my ticket for life!

I’m going to join up again, not entirely sure what to set my goal weight as. I just upped my calories and am not sure at all where my weight loss rate is going to settle.
I hope you do not mind me copying you!
1) I need to taper to maintenance and do not know where my "final" weight will settle.
2) I met my Easter challenge goal of 165 lbs early, went on two weeks of maintenance, and gained a pound. Ugh. (In my defense I had to attend THREE seders AND a big Easter dinner. That was a very ham-and-wine-intensive weekend.)
3) I will be traveling for three weeks in May so, realistically, may not be able to manage my weight as well as I have at home...but I will sure try.
For these reasons, I want to participate but without a set number of pounds for the final weight. My goal will be to lose between 0 and 3/4s of a pound per week.
