I’m keeping a 5lb goal because I’m really pushing for a new decade but I also took my measurements this morning so I have another way to monitor my progress.
I’m staying focused on being consistent in my calories and my workouts.

March total: loss 1.7 lbs - This is all that I lost with a deficit of 18,713 calories
February total calories burned (not the deficit) - 20,350 - loss 1.4 lbs
April 30 - 167.9
May 01 - 165.1 I counted that in the April loss. It made up for February and March
May 02 - 164.3 - Saw this 164 number on April 26, glad to see it again. 5 more pounds to get out of the obese range. Working on it!
I usually keep it simple, calories in, calories out, and deficit. My change had been that I started to have greek yoghurt because with my dental issues it was a nice soft thing to have. I wonder if that has made the difference.

Inexplicably up from end of April. Monitoring Calories In/Out and Deficit. I'm on track, so trust the scale to catch up. It bumped the trend weight a bit, but it should trend back down
May Game Plan:- Continue weekly meal planning
- Log daily in MFP - focus on daily calorie deficit goal of 500
- Hit Fitbit step goal of 5000, then increase to 6000
- Hit active minutes goal of 25 minutes daily, then increase to 30
- Increase strength building exercise from 6 days to 7

I had skin removal surgery this past week so my weight loss will be a bit higher than normal I think. Or maybe not as I have quite a bit of swelling going on. So don’t worry if I go past the 5 lb healthy weight loss or if I gain lol. Thanks for all your support friends x7 -
