Absolutely new in counting calories!!!

Hello community, I just started a program that includes to count calories and macros and I’m freking out a bit as it seems so annoying and complicated 😩😩😩 I’ve never done it before, please tell me is not hard to do it!

    Take it one meal at a time, looking at a whole day when you are new can be overwhelming. Its a habit. Give it a solid 2 weeks straight and soon it'll become part of your daily things and won't be stressful or overwhelming :)

    It's not hard, just a bit overwhelming at first with all the numbers. There's a lot, but MFP makes it easier.

    A food scale will be your best friend and is a must. You can get them pretty cheap on Amazon.
