I am doing sit ups cant figure out how to add them help!

Unless you are doing a couple hundred a day (or more), you will not be burning a lot of calories.2

You'd burn next to nothing doing sit-ups, not worth logging for the calories to be honest.2

Maybe this person wants to log to keep track of what he/she has been doing in the gym and not to track it for calories. MFP is used for more than only pure calorie counting.4

In that case it can be logged in the ‘strength’ section. If ‘sit ups’ are not already listed, one can enter one’s own exercise, sets and reps.
